From morning preparations to the evening celebration, the timeline is entirely up to you. • Approximately 350 Fully Edited High-Resolution Photos – You’ll receive 350 professionally edited photos, ensuring you get a beautiful collection of memories. • Sneak Peek – Within just 72 hours after the wedding, you’ll receive a preview of a few carefully selected photos to relive your day’s most special moments right away. • Full Gallery Delivery – Your edited photos will be ready within 1 month, carefully curated to highlight the key moments of your day. • Private Online Gallery – All your photos will be available in a private, password-protected online gallery, active for 6 months, so you can easily view, share, and enjoy your photos. With this Package, you’re making a wonderful investment in capturing the essence of your wedding day, with a focus on the ceremony and your cherished group memories. £100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations a. Client Cancellations: If a client wishes to cancel a booking, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following conditions apply: i. Advance Cancellation: If the client cancels the booking more than 60 days prior to the scheduled photography session, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded in full. ii. Late Cancellation: If the client cancels the booking within 60 days of the scheduled photography session, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may not be eligible for a refund. The specific refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as costs incurred and the potential to fill the booking slot. b. Photographer Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, equipment failure), we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund any payments made, including the non-refundable deposit, in full. Rescheduling a. Client-initiated Rescheduling: If a client wishes to reschedule a photography session, they must notify us as soon as possible. The following conditions apply: i. Advance Rescheduling: If the client requests to reschedule the session more than 60 days prior to the scheduled date, we will make every effort to accommodate the request without any additional charges. ii. Late Rescheduling: If the client requests to reschedule the session within 60 days (specified in the agreement) of the scheduled date, additional charges may apply, depending on the circumstances and our availability. All requests for refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, or concerns regarding our services should be made in writing and sent to the contact email or address provided in our communications. Please note that this Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of booking will apply to the specific agreement.
